Terms & Conditions:

1. 10% non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking This will be taken using Paymate.

2. Balance is payable on arrival  - EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Cash
3. All monies paid (including taxes) are non-refundable - except in circumstances where Landings4Rent cancel.
4. Financial compensation will be sought in the event of malicious loss or damage to the property.
5. Landings4Rent does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to personnel belongings during your stay.
6. Landings4Rent does not accept any responsibility for personnel injury whilst using facilities on site.
7. All contact will be made to the email address you provide at time of booking, in respect of any change or advance cancellation or payment requests. It is your responsibility to advice of any change to your email address
8. No clothing etc is to be dried on the terrace, Please use the Dryer Provided.
9. Keep noise to a level that will not disturb other residents.
10. If you lose the keys or entry swipe a charge of NZ$100 will be payable to the apartment manager for replacement.
11. Latest check in is 8pm or Midnight if  using our airport pickup service.
12. Check out time is 10am
13. Secure underground parking is available under the old railway station which is situated next door to the Landings, just a short stroll away. You will be given the access key and parking permit on arrival. Please ensure you display the permit at all times to avoid your vehicle been towed away.
